Project ReNeWal Award
We want to thank Project ReNeWal for giving us this award and for the banquet held for this occasion. We think that the program they offer for individuals of domestic violence is such a great program that we were only too happy to offer our idea and our services to them to create and have the 1st dog kennel on site at a domestic violence shelter in Georgia. The director said that the kennel has been a blessing. I was honored when someone asked me if I knew how many lives were probably saved by providing a shelter like this. Most people don’t know that many would stay home to protect their pets and not themselves if they had no where to go with their pets. We hope that we can continue to build kennels for those in need.
Tom Wargo, Founder, To Receive Honor
Tom Wargo has been chosen to be a Recipient of Honor by Project ReNeWal for his dedication to helping pets of animal abuse in Domestic Violent situations. Project ReNeWal was the first dog kennel we built at a Domestic Violence Shelter so people did not have to leave their pets behind. Our program for this is called Daisy’s Doghouse.
